Shipping

We ship via UPS ground and US Postal. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification sent to an email address by request.

Returns and Exchanges

Tushygear will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. All returns must include a proof of purchase receipt from an Authorized Tushygear dealer.

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your card for any item you are not happy within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a Return Authorization.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Exchanges subject to 20% restocking fee.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore all orders shipping within Illinois will be charged 6.75% sales tax.
