Shipping
We ship via UPS ground and US Postal. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification sent to an email address by request.
Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when available.
Returns and Exchanges
Tushygear will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return.
